“Jake Pelling just recently completed a renovation of my (extremely) dated kitchen and bathroom. The standard of work greatly exceeded my expectations. Jake had some great recommendations regarding what would work best. Jake’s tradesmen ie tilers, painters etc were talented professionals and I am super impressed with the end result.”

“Jake from Coastal Timberworks has managed the construction of more than 10 building works for me over the past two years. One was our own office fit out which he completed efficiently and to a high standard and within our tight time frame and at the most competitive price. My clients have been extremely happy with the quality of his work, his work ethics, his management of subcontractors and his pricing. As a prestige agency I am often reluctant to recommend trades to clients due to the risk of them letting me down, but Jake is someone I can confidently recommend.”

“The CTW Team took on a two-story duplex for me last year. They were professional, prompt and delivered a quality build. They worked through the process with me with ease. They worked with the wet weather well, keeping the build on track. There were no disputes with payments and can highly recommend them.”

Internal protection: we use temporary partition walls, which keeps dust and noise at bay. Although we suggest removing any valuable items where possible, we also protect existing surfaces inside the building area that will remain and not be changed.
External protection: Vegetation and often grass is protected throughout the build. We also like to gurney or clean any existing surfaces like the driveway, to make your home feel complete and as it was before the build.
