Led by founder Jake Pelling, our team works across renovations, extensions, new builds, outdoor living and commercial projects, with a strong focus on quality workmanship and reliable project management.

Clients can stay in the house, depending on the scope of the works. Every build is different; however, we highly recommend moving out for your own comfort and privacy due to early starts for trades, noise, regular clean up, and dust

We do have a team of qualified recommended suppliers; however, you may also provide your own trades, subject to approval.

We are fully insured, which includes coverage for workers' compensation, contractors' all-risk insurance, public liability, and homeowner's warranty. Additionally, we ensure compliance with all occupational health and safety requirements.

Yes, all of our team and subcontractors are qualified in their respective trades.

All existing and new building waste is taken to a Resource Management Plant, where most of the waste is recycled. Our team has a core value of social responsibility and aims to reduce waste where possible.

Our team is always ready to chat! Depending on the scope of your build, we will ensure that you are consistently updated on the progress. We will be happy to check in regularly to discuss ideas and find solutions that align with your building plans and needs, so you are always informed about the latest developments.

Internal protection: we use temporary partition walls, which keeps dust and noise at bay. Although we suggest removing any valuable items where possible, we also protect existing surfaces inside the building area that will remain and not be changed.
External protection: Vegetation and often grass is protected throughout the build. We also like to gurney or clean any existing surfaces like the driveway, to make your home feel complete and as it was before the build.
